Conceived & built

Four houses in Gènova.

Claudia Zivko does not only represent houses. She conceives them, assembles the people who build them, and sees them through to completion. Four have been built in Gènova since 2019, each with the same architect and the same builder. Each one is finished to the last detail before a buyer is considered.

The same people, every time

Four houses,
one architect, one builder.

Continuity is the argument.
Nothing here was assembled project by project.

Architecture

CEL-RAS, Valencia

José Luis Domenech began drawing in 2017, with Claudia’s own house, and has drawn every project since.

“Thanks to clients (and friends) like Claudia, we have found our authentic space within the world of architecture: that which speaks from the heart. Thank you for sharing your ideas and dreams and helping us make this world a better place together.”
José Luis Domenech · CEL-RAS

Carlos Martinez and his team built Claudia’s own home and every house since. He travelled with her to Mexico to see her references in place and source the materials.

“Delicacy, respect, balance, love and magic, these are the ingredients of a project that was born in Claudia’s hand. Working alongside is continuous learning, both professional and personal. Only great projects can come from good people.”
Carlos Martinez · Reinsu

The way they are built

Conscious living,
built in.

Each one is an ecological house, conceived to be highly energy efficient. The reasons are in how it is built: wood walls that breathe, and insulation so effective that in winter the house hardly needs heating.

Stone keeps the summer out. At Casa Àguila the bedrooms have air conditioning, but the living room on the first floor has none and needs none.

The design language is Mallorquin architecture crossed with what Claudia brings back from travelling. Falco 13 names Mexico and Brazil directly.
