Las Terrenas is the most visited town of the Samaná peninsula, with its beaches, restaurants and boutique hotels. Amarse lies further along the coast at El Limón, on 45 875 m² of land by the Atlantic.

It is the second phase of Grupo Amares. The first, Amares, stands next door: forty villas by the same architects, now let as holiday homes. Amarse takes up its ideas on a larger site: low buildings in earth tones among gardens, lagoon pools, a beach club and spaces for wellness.

How a purchase works

  1. A reservation of US$ 5 000 holds a residence.

  2. Then 30 % at the contract, 40 % during construction and 30 % on delivery. An early-payment discount is available on request.

  3. Claudia accompanies the buyer through the reservation and the developer’s documents.
