Using the site

Consulting the site implies acceptance of this notice. Cubo Interior S.L. may amend it at any time, and the version published here is the one in force.

Intellectual property

Every photograph, plan, drawing, text and mark on this site belongs to Cubo Interior S.L. or to the photographers, architects and rights holders the agency works with. The material may be consulted freely. It may not be copied, republished, redistributed, sold, sub-licensed or reproduced, in whole or in part, without written permission.

The Claudia Zivko Agency name, wordmark and logotype may not be used to link to this site, or to present it, without a written agreement.

What the property pages are, and are not

Descriptions, surfaces, prices and photographs describe a property as it stood when its page was written. They are indicative and carry no contractual value: a price may change, a property may be withdrawn, and a sale may be agreed before a page is updated.

Surfaces come from the documents supplied by the owner and are not a survey. Renders and plans of a development show an intention, not a finished building.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, and nothing on it replaces the deeds, the nota simple, the cédula de habitabilidad, or the advice of a lawyer and a surveyor.

Personal data

The data controller is Cubo Interior S.L., reachable at info@claudiazivko.com.

Personal data reaches the agency one way only: the contact form, which asks for a name, an email address, an optional telephone number, a subject and a message. Nothing else is collected, and no account is created.

The enquiry itself serves one purpose, which is answering the enquiry and carrying on the conversation it opens. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in replying to a person who has written, and, where a mandate follows, the performance of that contract.

The form carries one optional box, unticked, offering news about properties and projects. Ticking it adds the address to a mailing list held at Brevo, acting as a processor, and nothing else does: writing in is not subscribing. The lawful basis there is consent, which can be withdrawn from any message sent or by writing to info@claudiazivko.com, and withdrawing it changes nothing about the enquiry.

A message is kept for as long as the relationship it belongs to stays live, and afterwards for the period Spanish law requires of commercial records. It is never sold, never rented, and never used for marketing that was not asked for.

The site runs no analytics and no advertising. Photographs are delivered by Cloudinary, which like any content delivery network records the technical data of a request, and the site is hosted by Hostinger. Both act as processors and nothing more.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection may all be requested by writing to info@claudiazivko.com. A complaint may also be brought before the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.

Cookies

The public pages of this site set no cookies: no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking.

The contact page alone writes two technical cookies, a session identifier and a CSRF token. They exist so that the form cannot be submitted from another site, they hold nothing about the person filling it in, and they expire two hours after the form was last used. Being strictly necessary they require no consent, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Links to other sites

This site links to a small number of external pages, among them the Instagram account of the agency and the sites of the architects and builders it works with. Those pages are outside its control, and their content is the responsibility of whoever publishes them.

Liability

The site is offered free of charge and is kept accurate with care, without a warranty that it is complete, exact, or continuously available.

Nothing in this notice limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, nor any liability that Spanish law does not permit to be limited.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, except where consumer law gives a different forum.
